Shipping underwear is possible to virtually any address in the world.
During the online checkout process, shipping costs will be introduced.
Shipping prices are calculate according to the total weight of the items in your cart and your shipping destination.
SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES
Here in Australia our shipping partners are Australia Post and Sendle. We provide 3 methods of shipping underwear for our Australian customers.
(1). Free shipping (with tracking) for purchases of more than AUD$80.00.
(2). We ship per item for $1.25. Single items are posted in an envelope. More than 2 items are posted in a satchel and allocated a tracking number.
(3). Packs are $5.95, shipped in a satchel and allocated a tracking number.
Delivery times vary from state to state and is relative to the proximity of our offices in Queensland.
(1). Delivery to Southern and Eastern Australia take between 2-4 business days.
(2). NT and Tassie take about 5 business days.
(3). Western Australian deliveries take between 7 – 10 business days.
Please note that these are estimates only. Because shipping efficiency affect public holidays, especially Christmas, it is therefore advisable to order well in advance. Alternatively please request Express Shipping.
Shipping cost to New Zealand is a flat rate of AUD$11.95.
Parcels sent to EUROPE are charged at a flat rate of AUD$25.00 and will be allocated a tracking number.
When shipping to the USA, a flat rate of AUD$21.00 is charged and will be allocated a tracking number, and please contact us at email@example.com to confirm shipping cost to countries not listed here.
We comply with all international destination restrictions, and because of this some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
Delivery to New Zealand customers usually takes 10 business days.
Other international destinations can take between 10 – 15 business days.
Should your parcel not arrive within these estimated times, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you track your parcel.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The email address you provide us during checkout will be used to notify you of the status of your shipment. Please expect a shipment notification from Auspost that will include a tracking number. You can also track your parcel’s shipping progress yourself.
To do this, enter the tracking number you received from Auspost into the Auspost tracking tool , similarly, if you are unsure, or do not have the tracking number, we will gladly provide it you with it.
Please contact us at email@example.com and provide us with your name and order number and we will email your tracking number to you.
Should you receive incorrect items or the wrong shipment. First of all, we apologies. Notwithstanding the fact that we have great staff who do their best but human error is unavoidable, hence we have systems in place to help rectify the shipment.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving such items at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the contact form below. Include your name and/or order number, so identification is clear. Furthermore, we will pay all the return shipping costs of the incorrect items and send the correct items to you.

We have an integrated system with Auspost to expedite shipping procedures, however Australia Post is an independent 3rd party provider and SLY Collective cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels once the parcel is in the hands of Australia Post.
For undelivered items please contact Australia Post Lost Parcel Service at 131318. Have your tracking number on hand because it is needed to identify your parcel.
