Shipping costs are shown at the checkout. They are calculated according to the total weight of the items in your cart and your shipping destination. Orders of 2 or more items will have tracking enabled. Your email address is used by the shipper to notify you of the estimated time of delivery, and progress.
Once your order has been placed, it usually takes 1-2 day to process and get it ready for shipment.
Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service.
In Australia our shipping partners are Australia Post and Sendle.
Free shipping. There are no shipping charges for purchases of more than AUD$80.00.
Flat rate of $1.25 per item for each product sold when cart total is less than AUD$80.00.
If you buy one item, it will be posted in an envelope. If you buy 2 or more items they will be shipped in a satchel and allocated a tracking number.
Delivery times vary from state to state and is relative to the proximity of our offices in Queensland.
Delivery to Southern and Eastern Australia take between 2 – 4 business days.
NT and Tassie take about 5 business days.
Western Australian deliveries take between 7 – 10 business days. Please note that these are estimates only.
Because shipping efficiency is affected by public holidays, especially Christmas, it is advisable to order well in advance. Alternatively please request express shipping.
Australia-wide shipping times vary between a few days to a week.
International shipping times vary between 4 – 12 weeks. Auspost advises that if an international parcel is not delivered within 3 months, only then can an enquiry for compensation be lodged. In line with this, SLY Collective will offer a refund for undelivered international parcels, once a parcel is deemed lost, after a period of 3 moths.
