IS THE UNDERWEAR TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL ?

We want you to enjoy shopping on our website knowing that swopping sizes is part of the service we offer at no cost to you.
Should you need to upsize or downsize, contact us at email@example.com and we will arrange the shipment for you.
This is the final step on our customers purchasing journey, so we will try make it as seamless as possible.

Underwear that is returned to us for a size exchange is discarded. Size exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ITEM ?

If the quality of any of our products is defective and the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing error, we offer an exchange or full refund and will pay for the cost of returning your underwear to us.
Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of any defective goods.
If you would like a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for the refund.
The total amount for the item returned (not shipping cost) will be refunded on the same monetary platform that the original purchase was made on.
Also bear in mind that items must be in brand new condition, with tags still attached.
