SHIPPING YOUR SLY UNDIES.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 

During the online checkout process, shipping costs will be introduced.

Shipping prices are calculate according to the total weight of the items in your cart and your shipping destination.

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

Here in Australia our shipping partner is Australia Post. 

 

We provide 3 shipping methods for our Australian customers. 

 

(1). When ordering a single item, your item is posted in an A4 envelope.

(2). When ordering two or more items, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5.95 and will be allocated a tracking number.

(3). Free shipping with tracking is offered for purchases of more than AUD$50.00.

Delivery times vary from state to state and is relative to the proximity of our offices in Queensland.

 

(1). Southern and Eastern Australia take between 2-4 business days.

(2). NT and Tassie take about 5 business days.

(3). Western Australian deliveries take between 7 – 10 business days.

 

Please note that these are estimates only.

Shipping efficiency may be affected public holidays, especially Christmas. It is advisable to order well in advance or to request Express Shipping.

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of AUD$11.95.

Shipping to EUROPE is charged at a flat rate of AUD$25.00 and will be allocated a tracking number. 

Shipping to the USA is charged at a flat rate of AUD$21.00 and will be allocated a tracking number.

We comply with all international destination restrictions. Some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

Delivery to New Zealand customers usually takes 10 business days.

Other international destinations can take between 10 – 15 business days.

 

Should your parcel not arrive within these estimated times, please let us know at info@slycollective.com so we can help you track your parcel.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The email address you provide us during checkout will be used to notify you of the status of your shipment. Please expect a shipment notification from Auspost that will include a tracking number. You may want to also track your parcel’s shipping progress yourself.

To do this, enter the tracking number you received from Auspost into the Auspost tracking tool.

If you are unsure, or do not have the tracking number, we will gladly provide it you with it.

Please contact us at info@slycollective.com. Provide us with your name and order number and we will email your tracking number to you.

Should you receive incorrect items or the wrong shipment – first off, we apologies. Our great staff do their best but human error is unavoidable. We will rectify the shipment.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving such items at info@slycollective.com or using the contact form below. Include your name and/or order number. We will pay all the return shipping costs of the incorrect items and send the correct items to you.

There may be other reasons why you need to return items. Read more about exchanges, returns and refunds.

We have an integrated system with Auspost to expedite shipping procedures, however Australia Post is an independent 3rd party provider and SLY Collective cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels once the parcel is in the hands of Australia Post.

For undelivered items please contact Australia Post Lost Parcel Service at 131318. Have your tracking number on hand.
