NEED TO SIZE UP OR DOWN? NO PROBLEM.

We want you to enjoy shopping on our website knowing that swopping sizes is part of the service we offer at no cost to you.

Should you need to upsize or downsize, contact us at info@slycollective.com and we will arrange the shipment for you.

We do understand that how the item feels on you is the final step for a customer.

Size exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

DID YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT SHIPMENT?

If your package contains incorrect items or incorrect sizes, sorry! We do make mistakes.

Please notify us within 7  days of receiving the items at info@slycollective.com or use the contact form below. Please include your name and/or order number. We will pay all the return shipping costs of the incorrect items and send the correct items to you.

 

Our warehouse is run by competent staff but there may be cases of human error every so often.

We will always do our best to rectify the situation.

IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM.......

Here at SLY we pay obsessive attention to detail and quality.

Our commitment to quality is our number one priority.

If the quality of any of our products is defective and the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing error, we offer an exchange or full refund and will pay for the cost of returning the item to us.

 

Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of any defective goods.

If you would like a refund, please contact Mark info@slycollective.com with your order number and the reason for the refund. 

The total amount for the item returned will be refunded on the same monetary platform that the original purchase was made on.

Please bear in mind that items must be in brand new condition, with tags still attached.
