Exchange, Returns and Refunds
If you need a refund for your item, contact us on email@example.com with your order number and the reason for the refund. We will respond with instructions to be followed. For a full refund, the item must be new and unopened and be returned within 30 days of delivery. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). You will receive the refund within 28 days of us receiving the item. The total amount for the item returned will only be paid back on the same monetary platform that the original purchase was made on. We cannot accept responsibility for shipping errors for returned items in transit.
