As convenient as online shopping is, some aspects need to be approached differently to shopping in store.

 

Unlike shopping in a brick-and-mortar store, there is no opportunity to touch, feel or try on a product before purchasing.

 

We try our best to give you the information you need to for peace of mind when purchasing on our website.

Your peace of mind is important to us.

 

We want you to enjoy shopping on our website knowing that swopping sizes is part of the service we offer at no cost to you.

Should you need to upsize or downsize, contact us at info@slycollective.com and we will arrange the shipment for you.

This is the final step on our customers purchasing journey, so we will try make it as seamless as possible.

Size exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

DID YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT SHIPMENT?

RETURNING ITEMS THAT WERE NOT ORDERED 

If your package contains incorrect items or incorrect sizes, sorry! We do make mistakes.

Please notify us within 7  days of receiving the items at info@slycollective.com or use the contact form below. Also include your name and/or order number. Costs for returning your underwear will be for our account. Once we receive your parcel we will send the correct items to you.

 

Our warehouse is run by competent staff but there may be cases of human error every so often.

We will always do our best to rectify the situation.

IS YOUR ITEM DEFECTIVE.......

RETURNING YOUR ITEM BECAUSE THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT

Here at SLY we pay obsessive attention to detail and quality.

Our commitment to quality is our number one priority.

If the quality of any of our products is defective and the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing error, we offer an exchange or full refund and will pay for the cost of returning your underwear to us.

 

Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of any defective goods.

If you would like a refund, please contact Mark info@slycollective.com with your order number and the reason for the refund. 

The total amount for the item returned will be refunded on the same monetary platform that the original purchase was made on.

Also bear in mind that items must be in brand new condition, with tags still attached.
