We’re rethinking the way we get rid of underwear, because let’s face it, underwear isn’t suitable as hand-me-downs, and it’s not cool to see undies at a thrift store!
CIRCULAR
ECONOMY
At the end of their life, we want you to dig them in your garden and feed the worms 🙂 Our biodegradable bamboo fabric will return to earth…….
LANDFILL
STATS
Textile waste is the largest contributor to landfill. A whopping 85% of our clothes end up in landfills. For every 30kg of clothing discarded, only 4,5kg is recycled.
COMPOST
IN 12 WEEKS
Bamboo fabric will take 12 weeks to decompose in healthy, active soil. We haven’t solved the waistband yet, but at least only 4% goes to landfill.
EARTH
TO EARTH
Bamboo is part of a circular environmental system. Grown sustainably, processed ethically, worn with love, and ultimately decomposed.
Covid showed us how to work from home, saving on carbon emissions. Covid also helped us evaluate where we manufacture, so we took up the challenge and started manufacturing in Australia!
We realised we can do even more to reduce our carbon footprint and now also weave our bamboo fabric in Australia!
